Patch Notes (November 1, 2025)

Hey folks! We’ve shipped a quality-of-life update focused on Discord integration, content coverage for Throne and Liberty, and smoother guild management. Here’s what’s new:

Temporary Discord Channels in Server Settings
You can now configure temporary voice/text channels in your Guildnest Discord server settings. Great for ad-hoc raids, trial runs, or event overflow without cluttering your server long-term.

Custom Items on Event & Loot Sessions
On Guild Event and Loot Distribution detail pages, you can now add custom items. Perfect for tracking server-specific drops, event tokens, or anything not yet in the base DB.

Event Creation Reminder Post
Added an optional “Reminder Post” step on the Event Creation page to help you schedule a follow-up ping before the event starts.

All T3 Items Added (Throne and Liberty)
The item database now includes every T3 item, enabling accurate search, filtering, and loot assignment for endgame planning.

:tools: Improvements

Dashboard CTA for Guilds
On the User Dashboard, there’s a new, prominent “Find or Create a Guild” button to streamline onboarding and discovery.

Dialogs Polished
Visual clean-up and consistency pass on multiple dialogs for better readability and keyboard navigation.

Guild Applications Table
Layout and columns adjusted for faster scanning and decision-making on incoming applications.

Guild → Member Management
Workflow and UI refined; member search has been corrected and is now more forgiving with partial names.

Discord Auto-Posting (Events & Loot Distributions)
Fixed issues where scheduled auto-posts wouldn’t publish reliably or failed to update after edits.

Form Slider Behavior
Resolved a problem with sliders not reflecting bound values or snapping correctly in some browsers.

Quick Tips

Temporary Channels: Head to Settings → Discord Server to define rules (expiry, naming, and auto-cleanup).

Custom Items: Open an Event or Loot Distribution detail page and hit “Add Custom Item” to include ad-hoc entries.

Reminder Posts: While creating an event, toggle “Add Reminder Post” and pick a lead time (e.g., 1h before).
