We are constantly expanding the list based on community demand.

Yes, Soon! With Subguilds, Teams & Alliances, you can organize large communities into smaller groups, manage different divisions, or even connect your guild with others through alliances. It’s designed to scale with your community.

No installation is required to use GuildNest on desktop — it runs directly in your browser. For mobile use, we’re currently developing a dedicated Android app (coming 2026) to let you manage your guild on the go.

GuildNest includes a powerful event planner. You can schedule raids, dungeons, PvP nights, or social events. Events support recurring schedules, participant tracking, and role assignments. Members can sign up directly, and notifications keep everyone updated.

Yes! Our Discord integration lets you:

  • Post automatic event announcements

  • Send welcome messages to new members

  • Share updates with embeds
    Future updates will add even deeper Discord automation, including role synchronization and more.

The Tactic Hub is an upcomming Feature. It is GuildNest’s strategy center. It allows you to share guides, boss tactics, raid plans, and maps with your team or alliance. Think of it as your guild’s digital playbook, always accessible and easy to update.

The Buildplanner is an upcoming feature that lets you create and share character builds (skills, talents, weapons, equipment) directly in GuildNest. Guild leaders can set recommended builds, and members can collaborate on optimizing strategies.

  • One guild of your own plus the option to join another

  • Basic event scheduling

This means every community can get started at zero cost.

For guilds that want to unlock more power, we offer two premium tiers:

  • Basic Plan (€3.99/month) → Create up to three guilds, organize event series, use the loot distribution system with DKP, and integrate with our Discord bot.

  • Premium Plan (€16.99/month) → Unlimited guilds, advanced Discord bot features, enhanced DKP system, and full access to every tool GuildNest has to offer.

Every new account includes a 14-day free Premium trial, so you can explore all features before deciding which plan works best for your guild.
